Like many of us, I used to make meatloaf without a recipe, just combing through the pantry and throwing things into a bowl. But once I committed myself to turning it into a real recipe, it became legendary! There are two tricks, the first of which is using Stovetop Stuffing Mix along with breadcrumbs, and the second is to choose a higher fat ground meat blend. This isn’t the place for lean meat or ground turkey.
