Oven Baked BBQ Chicken
I usually must double this recipe when I make it, because my family can't seem to ever get enough! It's easy to scale up for however many people you're feeding. And it's crazy how you'll get BBQ chicken that's sticky, sweet, and charred, without ever having to turn on the grill! My Sautéed Squash and The Best Baked Beans are the perfect pairing.
