Gnocchi and Ricotta Bake
With all the cheese and the pizza flavors in this bake, it's a very popular recipe in my family, and kids always love it. Use bagged, frozen ravioli here in place of the gnocchi if you'd like, but whatever you do, be sure to serve some crusty garlic bread on the side. You might recognize my "basic bitch spaghetti sauce" as the foundation of it, and you'll definitely want the bread to mop it up with.
