Ravioli, Mushroom, and Sun-Dried Tomato Skillet

For hectic evenings when I do not feel like cooking, this 20-minute recipe always comes in handy. It's not quite one pan, but it's still very efficient, because in the time it takes to cook the ravioli, the other skillet will be ready with the sauce, and you're only a fer minutes more from dinner. Sometimes I skip the seasonings, and instead use flavored butter, such as a Garlic-Basil one.

This recipe is from my “Dinner and a Little Bit More” cookbook which includes 77 recipes your family is sure to enjoy. While you are shopping, you can check out my “Krockpots to Kasseroles” cookbook that features 71 easy to make dinner recipes.
