The Best Dang Mac and Cheese
It is my strongly held belief that mac and cheese should taste like cheese, not seasoning! Therefore, salt is the only seasoning in my mac and cheese, which I promise you lives up to its name. You'll want to use freshly grated cheese instead of pre-shredded here, because the bagged kind has an anti-caking agent that keeps it from melting properly.
