Southern Fried Cabbage
Once you figure out the vegetable preparation that everyone in your family can get on board with, stick with it! For the longest time, I struggled with getting my family to eat cabbage. They do not like it raw or boiled, but they do like it this way, which is sweet, soft, and caramelized. Since I figured that out, I haven't looked back! With the protein here, we're happy to eat this for dinner, scooped over rice.
