Potato and Leek Soup

This soup is total cozy vibes-creamy potatoes and leeks blended into pure comfort. A little cream makes it extra rich and the subtle onion-y flavor from the leeks gives it just the right kick. Serve it with crusty garlic bread or be fancy and grab some focaccia bread.
