Honey Butter Roasted Carrots

I was introduced to this recipe by Chef Hayden, who works the Walmart Test Kitchen. He served it when I came for a visit, and I loved it so much that he joked that I should put it in one of my cookbooks. Here it is! The nutty browned butter and sweet honey are so unexpected and so good on a simple pan of roasted carrots.
