Gnocchi and Asparagus Skillet

This one-pan dinner covers all your meat and veggie bases. It has all the right textures, too, with crispy bacon, chewy gnocchi, and asparagus, which I always only cook until fork-tender, with a little crunch left. If you'd like for it to be saucier, add ½ to 1 cup of heavy cream along with the gnocchi. And sausage, sliced into coins, makes a good swap for the bacon.
