Egg Salad

When I make egg salad, I always get asked, where are the onions and celery? Not in here, I say! But you will find jarred sweet relish and dried dill, which go so well together even if you may think it sounds strange. We like to serve this on butter croissants, except for Mr. Don't Ask, who prefers the white sandwich bread that sticks to the roof of your mouth.
