Chicken Salad

Everything about this recipe seems to elicit a strong reaction in people, from the canned chicken (you have to trust me) to the cream cheese—not to mention the fact that I leave out the grapes and toasted nuts so many people like! But once they try it, all concerns are put to rest. Do not forget to let your cream cheese come to room temperature first! You know that I always forget, too.
