Depositions of Ashley Chauvin also known as Show me Chauvin

These are the depositions taken by my attorney on 12/18/2024 and 6/4/2025. Ashley Chauvin refused to answer questions in the 12/18/2024 deposition. A court had to force her to answer the questions and because of that, a second deposition was conducted by my attorney on 6/4/2025

Since filing a protective order in July 2024 against Ashley Chauvin, K-12 teacher from Gretna, Louisiana, it has been proven in court testimony and depositions that my accusations of Ashley Chauvin were correct. She did use Children’s Hospital of New Orleans as a front to scam presumably 100’s of thousands of dollars from unsuspecting people, mostly older and elderly women.

Cat Randon, formally of Children’s Hospital of New Orleans, did confirm with my attorney that the hospital’s attorneys sent Ashley a cease and desist when they were made aware of her scams in 2022. While Ashley did originally have a connection with Children’s Hospital of New Orleans via Cat Randon, that relationship quickly deteriorated when the Hospital realized it was in connection to a scam, created by Ashley Chauvin known as “Jude’s Journey Room” and later “The Forever Nursery”.

Ashley was aware that there was never going to be a room specifically named in her infant son’s honor and that was because there was already a room of that nature in the works. Ashley promised funds to Children’s Hospital for that room which is known today as “Bella’s Room” made possible via the “The Bella Bowman Foundation”. The funds Ashley touted and promised to Children’s Hospital of New Orleans were the funds that she collected via online fundraisers for Jude’s Journey Room. These fundraisers are well documented over the course of several years-nearly a decade.

Ashley involved many unsuspecting older and elderly women in the scams and procured monetary donations under false pretense by herself and with the help of other woman who were not aware that Ashley was having them conduct scams via her social media platforms. Namely her “Show me Chauvin” platforms on Facebook and TikTok. For years Ashley continued to tell her followers, supporters, and the women that were helping her raise funds, that the room either was in the works and there was a deal in place with Children’s Hospital, or she would tell them the room was already done, and more funds were still needed to keep it running; these stories about the room being built are also well documented on her social media platforms.

Children’s Hospital of New Orleans and the Bella Bowman Foundation never received any monetary donations from Ashley Chauvin or from her online business “Show me Chauvin”. Jude’s Journey Room and The Forever Nursery was never built and will never be built. It has never existed in any capacity at any hospital.

Society will likely never know the extent of the monetary gain Ashley has achieved from using her online platforms to scam and deceive innocent women via dozens of made-up scenarios perpetrated by Ashley Chauvin. Even though Ashley was forced to admit under oath the room does not exist, she continues to insist it does and/or will.
