Swedish Meatballs

My granny taught me these meatballs. I can't say what exactly is Swedish about them, but in my family it is non-negotiable to serve them with my Roasted Garlic and Leek Mashed Potatoes. In the first step of cooking the meatballs, you don't have to worry about cooking them all the way through. They just need to be browned, because they'll finish cooking in the oven.
