Monday 3/23 Lemon Poundcake

Cake Batter

2 sticks butter

1/2 cup shortening

3 cups sugar

5 eggs

1 tsp lemon extract

4 tbsp lemon juice

3 cups all-purpose flour

1 tbsp baking powder

1 cup heavy whipping cream

Lemon Icing Glaze

1 cup powdered sugar

2 tbsp heavy whipping cream

1 tbsp lemon juice

Tuesday 3/24 Easter Bunny Bait

2 cups rice squares

2 cups corn squares

2 cups Cheerios

2 cups pretzel sticks or mini pretzels

2 cups Cap’n Crunch

2 cups (or so) or pastel colored M&Ms

24 ounces white almond bark

Pink food coloring (optional)

Easter sprinkles (optional)

Wednesday 3/25 Pineapple Poke Cake

1 yellow or Pineapple cake mix plus ingredients from box to make

1-20-ounce can crushed pineapple

16 ounces whipped topping

1-3-ounce box instant vanilla pudding plus 2 cups of milk to mix it

Thursday 3/26 Strawberry Poke Cake

1 yellow cake mix plus the ingredients from the box to make it

16 ounces whipped topping

1 pound fresh strawberries

1 cup fresh blueberries

1-6-ounce box strawberry Jello

Friday 3/27 Bunny Fluff

16 ounces whipped topping

1-20-ounce can of crushed pineapple

1-29-ounce can mandarin oranges

1-6-ounce box strawberry Jello

12 ounces cottage cheese

12 ounces mini marshmallows-any kind, plain or flavored
